YOUth News Official

YOUth News Official is a student project, periodically passed down to new batches each year. We want to make a change, by the YOUths, for the YOUths, and all about the YOUths. Batch 4.0, consisting of 13 students, took over YOUth on August 12, 2021, for an 8-month period ending in April 2022. YOUth News Official - fuelled by the passion for telling YOUth related stories, we create youth-oriented articles, podcasts, TikToks and videos from the perspective of Malaysia's youth. We believe content made by the youth, for the youth best fits the interests of the youth. We strive to be: Reliable, by ensuring our content is factual and always relevant. Relatable, by curating content on topics of interest to the youth and approachable. We encourage youth to get in touch with us on any of our platforms for all youth-related queries. We are available on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Spotify.

YOUth News' official website houses all of the content created and curated by youths, such as articles, podcasts, videos, and Tik Toks. Visitors can read our articles here, which are posted twice a week. We have articles in several categories, including social, feature, lifestyle, educational, entertainment, and adulting.

Our Instagram page is where we share snippets of our most recent content to encourage people to check them out. It was our primary social media platform where we were most active in posting.

We had few followers because we only started a Twitter account in December 2021. We were inactive on Twitter, and the only content we shared was some memes created by our senior.

Tik Tok is a platform where we post videos that we have created and curated. We made videos in a variety of genres, including comedy, educational videos, and even music!

We upload various types of video to YouTube, such as commentary, documentary, interviews, and This Is series. There are also other series like #YOUthTries and YOUth Talk. You should definitely check it out because videos are posted biweekly!

Daily Teh, our Spotify podcast playlist, is all about podcasts created by students. We have various podcast categories such as story, discussion, and featuring podcast where we will invite outside guests to join us on the podcast! New podcast posted every week so be sure to check them out!
